Ann B. David-Antoine exudes confidence and leadership qualities and she has been an asset to many organizations. She has demonstrated abilities to successfully tackle major tasks. On the basis of her qualifications, expertise and interpersonal skills, Ann has been delegated by Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique to many local, regional and international meetings and conferences.

Ann B. David-Antoine is married and is a member of the Catholic faith. Ann has graduated with (7) Ordinary Level subjects being the only student of the school to obtain three (3) A Level passes in 1966 from St. Joseph’s Convent – St. Georges Grenada.

Motivated to service the needs of people, Ann Antoine enhanced her vocational qualifications (1972–1993). She qualified as a Registered Nurse (1972), Registered Midwife (1973), Registered Health Visitor (1975), gained the Health Education Teaching Certificate, Registered Psychiatric Nurse (1979), Family Planning Certificate (1982), Counseling Certificate in the Development of Learning (1989) and Certificate in Education (1993).

Her collective experience is derived from many administrative positions in different situations. These can be assets to Grenada’s development. Staff Nurse – Brighton (1972–1973), Staff Midwife – London (1973–1974), Generic Health Visitor (1975 – 1977), Night Supervisor Military Hospital – Abu Dhabi (1979–1981), Family Planning Sister – Hillington Health Authority (1981 – 1990), Lecturer in Health Studies – Uxbride College, England (1990–1993) and Executive Director New Life Organization (1994 to date).

Ann Antoine enjoys a wide range of voluntary community activities, for example, Former Chairperson of London Advisory Committee of an Elderly People’s Residence (London), Justice of the Peace – Lay Magistrate UK, Chairperson of Grenada National Coalition of the Rights of the Child, Member of Medical Exchange Program from the UK to Russia and Member of various Committees in Grenada.

Ann David-Antoine looks upon challenges as opportunities to help the disadvantaged and in the process explore her very able potential. She is an effective manager and an excellent administrator with good organizational skills. Ann David-Antoine is a lady of integrity and experience who will be an excellent Member of Parliament for St. George South.
